I am so inspired by this victory, and so proud to be a California trial lawyer. The most powerful culture-shifting cases in the world always come out of our courtrooms. There are just no verdicts like California verdicts. And as we’ve seen, where California goes (legally), eventually everyone else goes. So this is the beginning of an entirely new season where the tech lords are finally held accountable.
