Freedom is a relaxed nervous system. You are worthy of an easy, nourishing life. It’s time to come home in your career and let your worklife support you, your family and your needs.
You know you need to make a change, but you don’t know HOW, and you just want someone to tell you what to do.
Are you tired of being told that you can do it without being told HOW to do it? Because being a business owner is more than a killer content plan and cute brand colors.
Do you need the information without all the unnecessary fluff and nonsense? (Because someone just yelled “mamaaaaa”!)
If you want solid business foundations, what you need is an employment lawyer. You need someone with in-depth know-how on business structures and yes, those scary confusing things like compliance, operations, policies and risk management. And only another mama knows how to structure your business around YOUR needs, which are different from business owners without children.
Hi, I’m Daphne.
I’m an award-winning trial attorney and Founder of the multi-million dollar enterprise Delvaux Law, the nation’s first and only law firm devoted to women’s rights at work AND one of the only fully virtual law firms in the entire nation.
I’m also the creator of The Mamattorney– a platform devoted to the liberation of mothers.
In The Motherland course, I will teach you my never-before shared secrets, including;
You’ll be welcomed into an intimate WhatsApp group with Daphne and other freedom-focused mothers ready to build, rise, and reclaim their time.
Through easy to digest videos, you’ll be given the most efficient and straightforward business course imaginable.
You’ll have access to an entire bank of templates, systems, policies, and other essential documents that you need to run a legit business.
You’ll try out some of the methods and tailor them to your needs. You’ll discuss your experiences with Daphne and other Boss Moms, and receive feedback and reflections.
Yes, yes, you need to get through this part first, but it’s for your own protection: business structures, government forms, bank systems, policies, risk management and legal compliance.
If you want a solid business foundation, you want an employment lawyer who understands the rules so that you don’t put yourself at risk.
There are so many backend systems that are not intuitive until someone shows it to you, and you can replicate it: funnels, intake processes, nurture campaigns, drip campaigns, email sequences, automations.
Learn how to use tech tools to optimize your business from someone who has experience running multiple large online businesses (including a law firm) So that your business works for YOU. All without having to leave your house!
Marketing as a mother is different. You just don’t have time to make reels every day. This can cause us to feel resentful and frustrated and like we can’t “keep up.” Yet motherhood is your superpower. Harnessing that raw creative power is how you will actually elevate yourself, nest in your niche, and distinguish yourself from the competition. Instead of minimizing motherhood, we lead with it.
Doing business as a liberated mom boss means embracing that our needs and desires are different, and adjusting our worklife accordingly.
Are you ready to defend yourself against a misclassification investigation by your state auditor? These are very common. You need to learn how to protect yourself. We will give you template employment agreements, policies and handbooks.
Only an employment lawyer will be able to show you where you are exposed and how you need to minimize risk. Plus you need another mama to teach you about management, because being a manager involves a lot of caretaking, and you need to protect yourself against caretaking burnout.
If you want location freedom, you need to learn how to run an entirely virtual business. This requires different skills and systems than a physical business. If your infrastructure is solid, you can operate your business from anywhere. Always dreamt of a summer in Italy? Or a year in Costa Rica while your kids are still in your house? Or even fully returning to your ancestry or a more stable country?
Luckily for you, Daphne is not just an employment lawyer but a former immigration attorney, AND a dual citizen. She has experience navigating migration as a family, and has supported other families in their pursuit of bringing their children to safety.
This is the only program where Daphne still provides customized group support and coaching.
You’re a mama who’s ready to walk away from traditional work and build something of your own—something that gives you time back with your babies and pays you what you’re worth.
You’re already in business, but you know you’re missing key strategies to protect your income, lower your taxes, and scale in a way that centers your motherhood.
You want to start claiming every legal deduction you can so you keep more of what you earn and stop funding ICE by overpaying the IRS. You’re ready to protect your money long-term by offshoring assets, preparing for international relocation, or just having a Plan B in place.
You’re craving a business that travels with you, whether closer to your family so you can get support, or to finally chase that dream to reconnect with your ancestry. Maybe even a second passport. And you want to know how to protect your family with international strategies that create real freedom and safety.

Yes. I don’t want you to feel rushed. I have taken a few business courses myself that I paid quite a lot for, then something happened in my family life and I wasn’t able to be present with the course, and then I lost course access. I find this to be unaccommodating towards mothers (because it implies we should be working NOW) and disrespectful towards the exchange.
In the spirit of reciprocity, if you trust me with your investment, I also trust you to know when to apply the lessons, whether that’s in 5 weeks, 5 months, or 5 years. I also know that it may still be summer break for some of you when we start the course, so you just start when you’re ready.
This course is intended to be there for you, when you need it. We are raising the price in a few days, so if you think you may need the course at a later time, this is the time to lock in the early bird price.
Yes. If you’re self-employed, running a business, or building one, educational programs like The Motherland are considered a tax-deductible business expense under categories such as professional development, continuing education, or coaching.
Pro tip: Save your receipt at checkout and make a note of how the program supports your business growth, it’ll help at tax time.
Yes, this is a guided group cohort experience. You’ll be learning alongside a small group of like-minded women and mothers in real time, with live access to me through voice notes and a Q&A portal. This will be the only cohort where I will also provide personalized support based on the specific needs of the group.
The Motherland includes a mix of both. You’ll get access to weekly classes, workshops, videos and templates lessons you can move through on your own time, plus live calls with me for coaching, connection, and real-time support. When questions come in, I will answer them similar to how I do in the membership, with a voice note or a response in a central portal.
Yes, you will keep access to the materials through eternity, and you’ll also receive any future supplemental materials. Meaning, the course will continue to grow for you and we will not cut off access to the materials after the cohort closes. The only thing that will “close” is the voice note access to me with personalized advice.
If you do not want to consume the content soon, you can also drop me a note with your needs, and I will incorporate those needs in tailoring the materials. That way you’ll know that when you’re ready to start, the content is ready to go.
No! You don’t have to be a mom to join. This course is for anyone who isn’t in the “5am cold plunge” category. So that also includes any other caretakers, women with disabilities or limitations, or generally anyone who is no longer willing in being complicit in their own exploitation. I will speak generously about how my own motherhood informs and improves my business practices.
No, you can have any sort of business, though the marketing portion of the course will be focused on marketing to mothers. However this is only one out of many parts of the course. And it is generally good information to reach the motherhood clientele.
No. This is not a course for lawyers. It is a course for any entrepreneurs. I will share the models of my own businesses, which includes a law firm, but also digital products like a membership. My own law firm processes can also be replicated and tailored to other businesses.
I will speak generously about how my own motherhood informs and improves my business practices, but on a macro level I believe we can all benefit from these methods. We’ve been taught business by men without menstrual cycles and without kids (or dads who aren’t the primary caretaker) for way too long. It just doesn’t work for us.
