Welcome! You’ll be placed in a whatsapp group with other Boss Moms who are ready to embrace liberation. This is a small and intimate container of only 12 women.
Step 2
Listen up!
Through weekly webinars, you’ll be given the most efficient and straightforward business course imaginable. Don’t worry, recordings are available.
Step 3
Copy + Paste Our Templates
You’ll have access to an entire bank of templates, systems, policies, and other essential documents that you need to run a legit business.
Step 4
Experiment
You’ll try out some of the methods and tailor them to your needs. You’ll discuss your experiences with Daphne and other Boss Moms, and receive feedback and reflections.
What it Includes

The Boring Legal Stuff, but make it Sexy
Yes, yes, you need to get through this part first, but it’s for your own protection: business structures, government forms, bank systems, policies, risk management and legal compliance.
This is where the online business coach programs keep failing everyone. You do actually need an employment lawyer who understands the rules so that you don’t put yourself at risk. Your state auditor doesn’t care about your abundance mindset.

Infrastructure and Operations
There are so many backend systems that are not intuitive until someone shows it to you, and you can replicate it: funnels, intake processes, nurture campaigns, drip campaigns, email sequences, automations. Learn how to use tech tools to optimize your business so that it works for YOU. All without having to leave your house!
Online business coaches usually don’t show you this because they usually don’t have legit operations themselves either. You need someone who has experience running multiple large online businesses (including a law firm).

Marketing and Motherhood
Marketing as a mother is different. You just don’t have time to make reels every day. This can cause us to feel resentful and frustrated and like we can’t “keep up.” Yet motherhood is your superpower. Harnessing that raw creative power is how you will actually elevate yourself, nest in your niche, and distinguish yourself from the competition. Instead of minimizing motherhood, we lead with it.
Any traditional business school or program can never understand that you need to do business differently as a mother. The standard business advice just won’t apply to you and will only set you up for failure. Doing business as a liberated mom boss means embracing that our needs and desires are different, and adjusting our worklife accordingly.

Hiring and Team Management
Are you ready to defend yourself against a misclassification investigation by your state auditor? These are very common. You need to learn how to protect yourself. We will give you template employment agreements, policies and handbooks.
Only an employment lawyer will be able to show you where you are exposed and how you need to minimize risk. Plus you need another mama to teach you about management, because being a manager involves a lot of caretaking, and you need to protect yourself against caretaking burnout.

Virtual Worklife and Second Passports
If you want location freedom, you need to learn how to run an entirely virtual business. This requires different skills and systems than a physical business. If your infrastructure is solid, you can operate your business from anywhere. Always dreamt of a summer in Italy? Or a year in Costa Rica while your kids are still in your house?
