Hi, I’m Daphne.
I’m an award-winning trial attorney and Founder of the multi-million dollar enterprise Delvaux Law, the nation’s first and only law firm devoted to women’s rights at work AND one of the only fully virtual law firms in the entire nation.
I’m also the creator of The Mamattorney– a platform devoted to the liberation of mothers.

Yes, yes, you need to get through this part first, but it’s for your own protection: business structures, government forms, bank systems, policies, risk management and legal compliance.
If you want a solid business foundation, you want an employment lawyer who understands the rules so that you don’t put yourself at risk.

This can cause us to feel resentful and frustrated and like we can’t “keep up.” Yet motherhood is your superpower. Harnessing that raw creative power is how you will actually elevate yourself, nest in your niche, and distinguish yourself from the competition. Instead of minimizing motherhood, we lead with it.
Doing business as a liberated mom boss means embracing that our needs and desires are different, and adjusting our worklife accordingly.

Hiring and Team Management
Are you ready to defend yourself against a misclassification investigation by your state auditor? These are very common. You need to learn how to protect yourself. We will give you template employment agreements, policies and handbooks.
Only an employment lawyer will be able to show you where you are exposed and how you need to minimize risk. Plus you need another mama to teach you about management, because being a manager involves a lot of caretaking, and you need to protect yourself against caretaking burnout.
